Relationships Take More Than Just Love

Infidelity, mismatched libidos, relationship expectations—whatever’s got you stuck, I’ll untangle it with honesty, humor, and a little bit of homework.

Relationships aren’t always easy, but you don’t have to navigate the challenges alone. Ms. Erin is here to help you rebuild trust, work through intimacy concerns, or redefine relationship expectations. She will provide expert guidance and help you create the love and connection you deserve.

Sex or Porn addiction

When sexual habits start to interfere with daily life or relationships, it’s time to regain control. Ms. Erin provides a supportive space to understand compulsive behaviors and offers guidance to minor-attracted persons (MAPs) seeking to manage their feelings responsibly and build healthier relationships.

Lack of interest

Struggling with desire can be frustrating and confusing. It can be an emotional, psychological, or situational desire. Ms.Erin is here to help you uncover the underlying factors and reconnect with your needs so intimacy feels natural and fulfilling again.

Trauma & PTSD

Past experiences can shape the way we approach intimacy and relationships. Ms.Erin creates a safe space for healing, helping you process trauma, rebuild trust, and move toward a more fulfilling connection with yourself and others.

Low libido

Desire naturally fluctuates, but if a persistent low libido affects your relationship or self-esteem,  Ms.Erin helps you understand its root causes—whether physical, emotional, or psychological—so you can restore connection in a way that feels right for you.

Healing + Recovery

Recovering from pain, shame, or past experiences takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. Ms.Erin offers guidance and support to help you navigate healing, rebuild confidence, and move forward toward emotional and sexual well-being.

Low confidence

Confidence shapes how we show up in relationships. If self-doubt is holding you back, Ms.Erin helps you build self-assurance, improve communication, and step into connections with greater comfort and authenticity.

Non-Monogamy & Kink Dynamics

Alternative relationship structures and personal desires require open communication, clear boundaries, and trust. Ms.Erin provides a judgment-free space to help you navigate challenges and ensure your relationships align with your values and needs.

Intrusive sexual thoughts

Unwanted sexual thoughts can be overwhelming and distressing, but they don’t define you. Ms. Erin helps you understand, manage, and reframe them so they no longer interfere with your well-being or relationships.

Power Dynamics in Relationships

Service session

The First Session

What is the first session like?

During an initial appointment, Ms.Erin reviews mental health and sexual health assessments with the client(s) and may talk with just one client or partner together. She is here to guide you and process the current challenges you face. She provides an assessment that is done before the first session.

Various assessments/ Questionnaires are used in sexology and other tools when working with individuals and couples. Let’s examine how these assessments can be helpful communication tools for couples and how they help professionals craft the goals of the interventions or referrals.

The Process

What is the subsequent process for sexual health?

According to the assessment information. There will be 2-3 couples sessions and 2-3 individual sessions over 6 weeks before we do re-assessing. While assessing, she does not take one person’s side or persuade anyone.

During the assessment, everyone will keep their clothes on. She will not have personal contact with anyone or provide any in-person coaching. With each session, she will continue to push clients toward better management and acceptance of concerns that may be leading to sexual dysfunction. All interventions are both supportive and educational.

The sessions are meant to provide comfort and encouragement for changes. Clients will likely leave the sessions with assignments and work to do before the next appointment. It is non-diagnostic from a mental health perspective. If she suspects that the dysfunction results from a physical or nutritional concern, she may be referred to a medical doctor, pelvic floor specialist, or dietitian. Other referral resources may also be suggested to assist in meeting therapeutic goals, like addressing trauma individually.

She works primarily with couples. Her areas of interest in helping individuals are recovery from infidelity, male sexual health, consensual nonmonogamy, same-sex relationship challenges, and other sexual health matters. She also understands the importance of how trauma can impact a relationship and has incorporated trauma-informed concepts into my practice. Her goal is to help people move past physical and emotional challenges and have satisfying relationships with pleasurable sex lives.

Here is a list of things she covers under the sexology umbrella because she is also a licensed mental health professional :
